How do I place an order?
Browse the website, add your products to the cart, and checkout using your preferred online payment method. For bulk orders, contact support.

❌ Cash on Delivery (COD is not available).
Why is COD not available?
To ensure process efficiency and product safety, Part365 currently does not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location:
• Metro Cities: 2–4 days
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–7 days
• Remote Areas: 5–10 days
Tracking updates are shared once shipped.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, for eligible products. You can request a return if:
• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong item
• The product is unused and in original packaging
(Some items like electrical parts and liquids have special return rules.)
What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
Contact our support team within 48 hours with images or video proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per policy.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link will be shared through SMS/Email/WhatsApp once the order is dispatched. You can also track it through your My Orders section.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Workshops, fleet owners, and resellers can access bulk pricing and dedicated support. Contact us to open a business account.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but returns may be requested (subject to policy).
Do you provide installation services?

Arelubricants, oils, and chemicals shipped safely?
Yes. All chemical products are secured with leak-proof and break-proof packaging to avoid damage during transit.
I can’t find the part I’m looking for. What should I do?
Share the OE number, vehicle details, or photo of the old part with our support team — we will help you source it.
Do you ship internationally?
Part365 primarily ships within India.
