Return Request Timeline
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Any request after this period may not be accepted.
Return Process
- Contact our support team with order number, photos/videos, and issue details.
- Our team will verify and approve the return (if eligible).
- Customer must ship the product back to our warehouse.
- Once inspected, a replacement or refund will be processed.
