  • Oils, lubricants, chemicals (once opened)
  • Used, installed, or tampered products
  • Items without original packaging

Return Request Timeline

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Any request after this period may not be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team with order number, photos/videos, and issue details.
  2. Our team will verify and approve the return (if eligible).
  3. Customer must ship the product back to our warehouse.
  4. Once inspected, a replacement or refund will be processed.
